First video right off the bat the guy with the camera is wrong. The other car has every right to turn. There’s multiple lanes and they turned into the same lane as everyone else who is turning. The driver with the camera turning left’s lane was never impeded. They were both able to turn safely. He had no reason to honk and react like that.

The difference can only be defined by your insurance company.
